Allergens & Nutrition

We take all practicable steps to ensure that our products are safe for our customers, as well as meeting all relevant Food Safety standards. We have stringent food safety training processes in place, ensure all our staff members are fully aware of correct food handling practices. We take the utmost care with our products through the entire production process to ensure that it is always safe for our customers, however we cannot guarantee the product you order will be completely free from allergens.
It is recommended that customers who suffer from a food allergy or intolerance review allergen information below before consuming products or contact the store manager who can advise of any suitable products and changes that can are practicable.

Who supplies your chicken?

We source our chicken from three of New Zealand's largest poultry processers, Tegels, Brinks and Inghams. All our chicken comes to us fresh. Our chicken is not currently free range.
Are you Halal?

Braaihut restaurants are not halal.
What should I do if my order was Incorrect?
​
We try to ensure every visit you make to Braaihut is a pleasant one, but from time to time, we do make mistakes. If your order is incorrect please contact the the store at which you placed the order to directly to recitfy the problem. If you have any general feedback please feel free to use the form on our "Contact Us" page.
How do I place an online order?

Why can't I pay cash for my online order?

We only started processing online orders in March 2020, using the WIX Restaurant App. We don't accept cash for online orders as it streamlines the ordering and pick-up process.
Do you Deliver?

Where can I buy your sauces?
​
You can purchase our retail range of sauces from any of our restaurants. (As of 20/03/2020 all stores are currently sold out of retail lines until further notice)
